Besides eating whatever I wanted and being doted on by family and friends, my favorite part of being pregnant was super cute and stylish maternity clothes. I couldn’t bear living in leggings and oversized shirts for 9 months! While maternity items tend to cost more than standard sizes, here are some brands with affordable prices and options to suit any style:

Old Navy Maternity– With staples from outerwear, tops and accessories you can’t lose. Most regular sized items are also available in maternity sizes. Always a good deal to be had with rolling discounts, sales and clearances.

Motherhood Maternity– This brand has brick and mortar stores (aka Destination Maternity), but their line is also available in most Macy’s. Quality maternity undies, tights, jeans and leggings; I also love their graphic and message maternity t-shirts. Join their e-mail list for $20 off your first purchase.

Pinkblush Maternity – Dresses galore! If you’re looking for an inexpensive outfit for your maternity photo shoot, this brand is a great option. They also offer regular women’s fashions for the post-baby body that are on trend and comfortable. Follow on Instagram @shoppinkblush for regular discount codes.

H&M Maternity– All your favorite trends to accommodate your growing bump.  Subscribe to their newsletter and receive 20% off and free shipping.

Zulily– Up to 60% off boutique brands with new offerings every day. You do need to subscribe to take advantage of these deals.

Asos– Recommended for special occasions, when your hips and bump need to be dressed up. You can find really pretty dresses on their website in the sales section for weddings, holiday parties and the like.

Whatever your style or budget, there are comfortable ways to style your bump even just for these few months of pregnancy. Online consignment maternity shops are becoming a trend as well so you don’t have to fill your closet with items you won’t wear post-postpartum. Though, I must admit, on my bloated days I do still wear my elastic waist maternity boyfriend jeans- they’re that cute!
